Lisa Branthomme
Lisa joined Duquesne-Clerc Avocats in January 2024 as part of her professional training, before starting to work as an associate since November 2024.
She holds a Master 2 in Insurance Law, where she focused her thesis on compensating road traffic accidents through blockchain technology. This training enabled her to acquire a multidisciplinary approach to civil liability, covering areas such as personal injury, construction, and co-ownership.
She also obtained a university diploma in personal injury compensation, further enhancing her skills, particularly in medical liability.
Throughout her career, Lisa had the opportunity to assist judges by joining the chamber specialized in road traffic accidents at the Court of Appeal of Paris.
She primarily handles litigation before judicial, criminal, and administrative courts at both first and second instance. She is also actively involved in amicable dispute resolution, particularly before regional conciliation and compensation commissions.
